HOW TO USE
Shoulder Stretch
Sit on your knees and stretch your arms to reach the Core Fitball. Gives down the feeling of pressing the shoulder naturally.
* Move slowly to avoid overstretching.
Stretch behind legs
Climb on to the gym ball and center with both hands and knees. Perform the action of keeping one leg straight and alternately on both sides.
Waist Stretch
Lay on the Core Fitball and stretch your legs to center.
Extend your shoulders and chest while stretching your waist to the maximum.
* Move slowly to avoid overstretching.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
01. Turn the cover upside down and dust off.
02. Put the gym ball on the cover and blow it into the air pump.
03. Measure the size of the ball using a tape measure.
04. Add or subtract wind to match the dimensions of the manual.
05. Close the stopper and measure again.
06. Place the pedestal on the ball and secure it with a strap.
07. Put the cover on the pedestal and tighten the strap to fix it.
08. Grab the pedestal and whisk it to the gym ball.

HOW TO WASH
1. Do not use bleach or detergent containing bleach.
2. Hand wash with lukewarm water, as warm water may stretch out the cloth.

4. When removing moisture, cover with a towel or cloth and use the pressure from the palm of your hands.

2. When the Ari-Gym Fitball chair is used and the cover is contaminated during use, Spandex products should be hand washed with lukewarm water and cold water when rinsed. When squeezing, wrap it with a cloth to remove moisture with the pressure of the palm. To maintain elasticity due to the nature of the material, avoid direct sunlight and lie down in a well-ventilated place and dry. Avoid ironing and dry cleaning as there may be deformation of the product due to heat.
